HOW I WORK / THE FOUR Ds
A clear process. A shared direction.
Good design starts with understanding your business. My collaborative process brings your goals, your audience, and the creative work together—from the first conversation to the final delivery.
Discover. Design. Develop. Deliver. Four stages that keep the work focused and give you a clear role along the way.

01 / DISCOVER
Start with the right questions.
I learn about your business, your audience, your competitors, and what you want the project to accomplish. Together, we identify priorities, gather existing materials, and define a direction.
Your part
Share your goals, challenges, examples, and available brand materials.
What we work toward
A shared brief, priorities, and a plan for the work.

02 / DESIGN
Turn the strategy into a direction.
The research becomes visual ideas. I develop design concepts or mockups that connect your message with your audience, then refine the direction through your feedback.
Your part
Review the concepts and provide focused feedback before production begins.
What we work toward
An agreed creative direction to guide the next stage.

03 / DEVELOP
Bring the details together.
With the direction established, I bring the content, images, design, and production together. For websites, this includes the page layouts and functionality; for other projects, it means preparing the work for its intended medium.
Your part
Supply or approve content and review the work as the details take shape.
What we work toward
A complete draft or working build ready for final review.

04 / DELIVER
Review, refine, and release.
I proof and test the work, resolve final adjustments, and get your approval before launch or delivery. We also discuss any next steps for support, maintenance, or ongoing marketing.
Your part
Give final approval and confirm the delivery or launch arrangements.
What we work toward
Approved work, delivered in the agreed format, with clear next steps.
WORKING TOGETHER
Personal attention. Purposeful decisions.
You work directly with Larry Najera. The process adapts to the project, while keeping the same priorities: a clear purpose, constructive feedback, and a result that serves your business.
AI-assisted tools may support research, exploration, and production. Creative direction, review, and responsibility for the work stay with me.
