WHY IT MATTERS TO YOUR BUSINESS
Your next customer is looking for someone like you.
Think about the questions a customer asks before picking up the phone:
- “Who does land clearing in Forsyth?”
- “Who repairs industrial pumps in Georgia?”
- “What should I look for when choosing a local contractor?”
These are examples of the kinds of questions your website should help answer. Whether someone uses Google or an AI tool like ChatGPT, clear information about your services, experience, and service area gives them more to go on.
AI SEO, in plain English: improving your online information so search tools and potential customers can better understand what you offer and why you’re worth considering.
The goal is more of the right inquiries. We focus on the services you want to grow and the customers you want to reach. You handle your business; I handle the website and search improvements.
WHAT YOU GET
A clearer path from being found to being contacted.
01 / GET FOUND
Fix what’s keeping you hidden
I identify and address website problems that make your important pages harder to find or use. That gives both customers and search tools a better path to your services.
What this includes
Checks can include search-engine access, indexing, XML sitemaps, canonical URLs, internal links, page speed, mobile usability, and crawl errors.
02 / BE UNDERSTOOD
Make your services clear
I make it easier to understand what you do, where you work, and how to reach you. Your website and business listings should tell the same, accurate story.
What this includes
We check your business name, address or service area, phone number, services, and profiles for consistency across your website and important directories. Structured data can describe those facts in a format search engines can read.
03 / ANSWER BUYING QUESTIONS
Give customers reasons to call
I improve the pages people read before choosing a provider, with useful answers about your services, process, and experience. Clear next steps help interested visitors get in touch.
What this includes
The work can include service pages, FAQs, comparison guides, and a planned schedule of useful articles. I use keyword research, customer questions, and your experience to choose topics and write in your voice. Clear headings, direct answers, and practical examples make each section useful on its own. Ongoing content planning and updates follow the scope we agree on.
04 / REACH YOUR MARKET
Show where you work
I strengthen the information connecting your business to the communities you serve, so prospective customers can see that you work in their area.
What this includes
For local businesses, the work can include Google Maps visibility and Google Business Profile categories, services, hours, service areas, photos, and updates. We check important listings such as Bing Places and relevant industry directories for accuracy. I can help establish a process for requesting honest customer reviews and responding thoughtfully. Local pages use real project details and useful information specific to each area.
05 / BUILD TRUST
Put your experience to work
I help make your real work and experience visible through project examples, credentials, and customer feedback. Give people evidence that helps them feel comfortable choosing you.
What this includes
We draw on genuine case studies, project details, reviews, industry affiliations, and relevant outside coverage. I also identify opportunities to earn relevant backlinks and business mentions through useful resources, local organizations, industry publications, and existing professional relationships. These give people ways to discover your business and verify your experience.
06 / SEE WHAT CHANGES
Understand the progress
You get a clear explanation of what changed, what the available data shows, and what deserves attention next. We look at visibility alongside visits and inquiries where tracking is available.
What this includes
Where access and tracking are available, reporting can include Google Search Console impressions and clicks, Google Analytics visits and inquiries, Business Profile interactions, rankings, and observed AI mentions or citations. AI checks are snapshots; answers vary, and some traffic sources cannot be identified.
THE PROCESS
Start with a review. Get a plan you understand.
01 / THE PROCESS
Tell me your goals
Share your website, service area, and the work you want more of. That gives us a useful starting point.
02 / THE PROCESS
See where you stand
I review your key pages, research the search terms and questions customers use, and compare where competitors appear. Where access is available, Google Search Console and Google Analytics help identify existing strengths and missed opportunities.
03 / THE PROCESS
Choose your priorities
I explain the recommended work, scope, and price. You decide what to move forward with.
04 / THE PROCESS
Put the plan to work
I make the agreed website, content, and search improvements, with your input on business details and expertise.
05 / THE PROCESS
Review the progress
We review what changed and what the data shows. Continued improvements and reporting follow the scope we agree on.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What you want to know before getting started.
What does it cost?
The cost depends on your website, competition, goals, and the work needed. Send me your website and what you want to improve. I’ll explain the recommended starting point and the scope and price before any work begins.
Do I need AI SEO if I already have SEO?
Good SEO provides much of the foundation. We review what is already working and where your business information, customer answers, or search access could improve.
You may also hear AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization). These describe work aimed at helping your information appear in answers and AI responses. The practical focus here is one coordinated plan for your business.
Google says its existing SEO best practices apply to its AI search features. Read Google’s guidance or explore SEO, AEO & GEO explained.
How soon will I see a difference?
Website improvements can become visible as the work is completed. Search engines still need time to discover and evaluate the changes. Visibility and inquiry trends are assessed over time; the timing depends on your starting point, competition, and scope of work.
Will I need a new website?
Often, we can improve the website you already have. I start by reviewing it. If the platform, structure, or performance creates a serious limitation, I’ll explain the options before recommending a rebuild.
Can you guarantee that AI will recommend my business?
No. Search engines and AI platforms control their own results. We can improve the information they can access, make your experience clearer, and track what we observe. A particular ranking, recommendation, or number of leads cannot be promised.
Which search and AI tools do you review?
Depending on your customers and the agreed scope, the review can include Google Search, Google Maps, AI Overviews and AI Mode, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.
Can I rank on Google but be missing from AI answers?
Yes. A traditional search ranking does not guarantee a mention or citation in an AI answer. We compare the questions your customers ask, the sources those answers cite, and how clearly your website and outside references explain your business.
Is SEO a one-time project or ongoing work?
We can start with a defined audit and improvement project. Ongoing work can include new content, updates to existing pages, business listings, review support, and reporting as your business and search results change. I explain the scope and cost so you can choose what fits.
