01 / A lasting tribute
Honor the service. Help people connect.
Carolina Field of Honor at Triad Park is a place for veterans, families and neighbors to remember military service. Its website brings that purpose online while helping visitors find the information they need.
My work combines website design, the paver database and selected photography. Together, those contributions support both sides of the experience: understanding the memorial’s meaning and finding a practical way to visit, locate a tribute or support its future.
02 / Paver database
A name. A section. A connection.
For a family looking for a loved one’s remembrance paver, a searchable record has a very personal purpose.
The paver database connects names with their recorded section and location within the memorial. A last-name filter helps visitors narrow the listing, while the results keep the information needed to locate a tribute together.
The website gives the locator a prominent place, alongside information about remembrance pavers and installation updates.
Remembrance pavers connect individual names with the memorial’s larger story.

03 / Website design
A meaningful place. A useful website.
Start with the purpose.
The homepage introduces the memorial through strong imagery and a clear statement of remembrance. Prominent links connect visitors with planning a visit, finding a paver and creating a tribute.
Make the next step clear.
Dedicated pages organize remembrance pavers, memorial plaques, ceremonies, reservations and support information. The navigation helps visitors move from learning about the memorial to taking action.
Give the details a home.
Directions, park information, accessibility notes and event details support the real-world visit. Paver installation notices help families understand when newly ordered tributes are expected to be in place.
Support the story with photography.
My contribution also includes selected photography. The site brings imagery and information together to introduce the memorial’s setting and keep the people behind its purpose in view.
