I developed the entire FEN Jobs website and produced the employee interview series featured in its Employee Stories section.
First Environmental Nationwide provides industrial cleaning and related field services. The recruitment site gives candidates a dedicated place to understand the company, explore career paths, hear from employees, and take the next step toward applying.
Website design and video production work together here: the written information explains the opportunity, while the interviews introduce the people behind it.

I produced 12 individual employee interviews for the site, with each story presented through its own video and thumbnail.
Candidates can browse Field Service Operators, Field Supervisors, and Field Technicians. The series features Daniel, Phillip, Shane, Christopher, Dwight, Jesse, Hosea (Trey), John, Caleb, Dee, Andrew, and Chase.

Home, Careers, Apply, About, Stories, Social, Gallery, and Contact connect the candidate’s journey. Search Jobs and Apply Now prompts give visitors a next step from across the site.
Career pages explain responsibilities, requirements, duties, and compensation. The role directory covers field technicians, supervisors, CDL drivers, estimators, utility and grading crews, and other opportunities.
Workplace photographs, company values, training information, and a Facebook feed add context. Contact details for Macon, Atlanta, and Brunswick make it easier to ask questions before applying.
