A recruitment website that introduces the work, the opportunities, and the people behind First Environmental Nationwide.
Najera Design + Marketing developed the entire FEN Jobs website for First Environmental Nationwide and produced the employee interview videos featured throughout its Employee Stories section. The project brings website design, development, recruitment content, and interview video production together in one dedicated destination for prospective employees.
First Environmental Nationwide provides industrial cleaning and related field services. Its recruitment website helps candidates understand the demands and rewards of that work, explore different career paths, meet members of the team, and move into the application process.

A website built around the candidate's journey
The site gives recruitment its own home, with a structure organized around the questions a prospective employee is likely to ask: What does this company do? What is it like to work here? Where could I fit? What does the role require? How do I apply?
Eight primary sections connect that journey: Home, Careers, Apply, About, Stories, Social, Gallery, and Contact. Prominent job links appear on the homepage and throughout supporting pages, giving visitors a direct next step after they learn about the company or watch an employee interview.
The homepage introduces the opportunity with a large industrial worksite image, bold recruitment messaging, and a clear Search Jobs button. Company information, workplace values, leadership commentary, and employee stories provide context before a candidate commits to an application.
Visual design grounded in the workplace
The website carries First Environmental's blue, white, and dark neutral colors through its navigation, headings, buttons, and page layouts. Large photographs of crews, trucks, equipment, and industrial work give applicants a concrete view of the environment they may be joining.
Wide image banners introduce key sections, while contrasting text areas make room for longer career and company information. Employee video cards combine portraits, names, job titles, and playback links. Together, these elements connect the company's visual identity with the people and work behind it.
Career information and individual role pages
The Careers section explains the company's work, team culture, professional development opportunities, and employee benefits. It introduces both entry-level opportunities and positions requiring experience, specialized skills, or leadership responsibility.
The Apply directory organizes 13 role profiles, covering the Supervisor Development Program, Field Supervisors, Estimators, Field Technicians, Vacuum Truck Operators/CDL drivers, utility and grading crews, Pipelayers, an Abatement Coordinator, and a Customer Manager. Listings provide concise introductions and links to fuller descriptions. Compensation information and availability notices help candidates assess individual opportunities.
Dedicated role pages separate summaries, requirements, duties, and compensation into readable sections. This creates a useful structure for explaining responsibilities before asking someone to apply, while allowing the company to update each opportunity independently.
Connecting interest to an application
Job detail pages connect candidates to the FEN application through Formstack. The application is integrated into the role-page experience, with an online-form link also present in the page content. This brings the recruitment story and the application entry point together.
Repeated Search Jobs and Apply Now prompts support the same goal across the site. Visitors can move from company information, employee stories, or workplace photographs back to the available role descriptions and application process.
Employee interview video production
Larry Najera produced the employee interview series that anchors the Employee Stories section. The library features 12 individual videos, presenting team members by name and role and giving prospective applicants an opportunity to hear directly from people at First Environmental.
The featured employees are Daniel, Phillip, Shane, Christopher, Dwight, Jesse, Hosea (Trey), John, Caleb, Dee, Andrew, and Chase. Each interview has its own video and thumbnail, creating a collection of personal introductions that complements the written recruitment information.
The website organizes the series with filters for Field Service Operator, Field Supervisor, and Field Technician. Candidates can browse across the team or focus on the type of work that interests them. Vimeo integration and an on-page video viewer make the interviews part of the recruitment experience, with navigation between stories.
Handling the website and interview production together allowed the finished videos to have a clear place in the site's structure. The work includes the production of the interview series and its presentation as a browsable recruitment resource.

The site also incorporates the separate company film First Environmental: We Value People, credited to CODEC on Vimeo. That existing film complements the employee interview series within the wider website experience.
Company culture, photography, and social content
The About section expands on training, advancement, teamwork, service, and the realities of field work. It gives candidates more context about the employer's expectations and the environment they would be joining.
A dedicated photo gallery presents crews, vehicles, industrial equipment, and work in the field. The Social section brings a Facebook feed into the website, allowing visitors to browse company updates alongside the more permanent recruitment content. Links to the company's social channels provide additional ways to explore its work.
Location details and direct contact
The site highlights Macon, Atlanta, and Brunswick, connecting recruitment information with the company's locations. The Contact page groups each location's phone number, street address, and directions link, then provides a general inquiry form.
Recruitment email and phone information also appear in the shared header. These contact points give candidates a way to ask questions when they need more information before applying.
The completed project
FEN Jobs brings the employer's story, career information, application access, and original employee interviews into one coordinated website. The completed project demonstrates Najera Design + Marketing's ability to develop a full recruitment website and produce the interview content that helps introduce the organization through its own people.
